Those are the same temps for Phx/Scottsdale in January as well.

I lived in Vegas for 5 years before moving to Phoenix and it's consistently 10 degrees colder in winter ... Phoenix is already chilly in January ... Vegas is cold.

I hope it moves. It brings so much traffic in my area. And I don't see any of the money, just the aggravation. Its bad enough with the regular snowbirds, we sure don't need to add more traffic. Just one person's thoughts.
