Default Seek Advice from People Moving From Nashville to Phoenix

If anyone is moving from Nashville to Phoenix maybe you can give me a little advice. I've gotten some from the Tennessee forum and I thought I'd try here as well. The housing market in Phoenix is terrible right now if you're trying to sell a house. Mine has been on the market for about seven months and I hardly even get a visitor. I live in a 55+ community and I've lowered my price three times already. I have a few questions. Is Arizona and Phoenix in particular an area that people from Tennessee are considering moving to? It seems like most of the license plates are from the colder northern states. Also, I know it's a buyers market where I live but what is it like in Nashville? Are houses there also sitting on the market for months? I'm also wondering if there are any websites that might match up people who want to move to each other's city. Someone suggested Craigslist but all I saw there was temporary swaps for vacations, etc. I'm sure hoping that as prices seem to be falling in Phoenix that they're not going to be increasing in Nashville. Anyway, I haven't made any progress on selling my house so I'm trying to get as much information as I can. Thanks.
