Garnishing My Wages But Still Harassing Me
I owe my ex-husband about $10,000 as ordered in our divorce decree. He received a judgement, and is currently garnishing my wages. He continues to harass me via emails in an attempt to collect the money in a lump sum. I do not have money to give him. He is already garnishing my wages. What can I do legally to make him stop contacting me regarding the debt?
Also, he keeps asking to divide the marital property, which was already done. How do I make him stop contacting me regarding this?
I have researched cease and desist letters online and think this may be the format to base my letter on. I cannot affford an attorney. Is this a federal violation or an Arizona violation?
