OK, here's the story. I am a "career changer", i live in Queen Creek, AZ. There are no decent jobs within a 30 mile radius except for being a teacher that will allow me any time with my family, children, & swimming pool. AND, i have been considering being an educator for at least 5 years now. I have a BA degree in English. I took the AEPA for middle school lang arts. It's a new test so the scoring is delayed. I am terrible at standardized tests, so i'm not really expecting to have passed on the first try. I had my fingerprinting done & mailed out for the fingerprint clearance card.
I have been told that I can at least be a SUBSTITUTE TEACHER with just the clearance card & a BA degree..........anyone know if this is true. I live in the San Tan area of Queen Creek off of Hunt Hwy.
AND, do i have to apply for a substitute certificate? I also have my college transcripts in my possession to FWD to the AZ Dept of Ed. once the fingerprint card comes back.............
Is this all I have to do? NEED SOME ADVICE
