Default Family relocating..need 4 bdrm rental in safe area

Does anyone have suggestions on safe areas of phoenix good for a family? We would like to be fairly close to the childrens hospital as our son will be inpatient for up to three months. We need at least 4 bedrooms and just want something that isnt crime ridden! We have to do this emergency relocation in two weeks and we are moving from Montana!

North of the hospital, along the 51 freeway (which goes right by the hospital) you should be able to find older homes in nice neighborhoods that will work for you and not be in high crime areas. I don't know what your price range is. Is there anyone at the hospital (social service office, etc.,) that can give you any assistance with locatiing housing? If not, you might want to contact a realtor that works with rentals to help you find something. There are some rental websites as well, google Phoenix home rentals and you will see a few on the list.. www.rent.com, etc. The closest best ZIP codes would be 85016, 85020, to help you narrow your search on those sites. Maybe 85018, which is a little further east, you can look at 85012 and 85014 as well. You can also look at crime statistics by ZIP code online as well. Although there's some variation in neighborhoods in most of those ZIP codes, I wouldn't describe those general areas as "crime ridden". In a city this size, there's some crime, at least property crime, anywhere.
