When we lived there, it was 42 each way from Goodyear to North Scottsdale. Took about an hour each way on the 101 working 7-4.

About 20 feet from my coffee maker in the kiitchen to my home office.

Properties that I buy to rehab require my presence so I do have to go there, but I limit the distance to a 30 minute drive. Preferably 15 minutes.

Three blocks from roughly 3rd Ave and Portland to Central and Portland light rail station, stop at Fair Trade Cafe for coffee (LOL), then a 2.5 minute ride to 1st Ave and Jefferson and a half a block walk north from there.

When I need to go to the 24th St and Camelback location I actually take a bus from the Central and Camelback LRT station (about a 25 minute trip with a perfectly timed arrival and transfer to a bus) or I hail a cab near the Camelback transit center for a few bucks to 24th Street...I drive time to time if I am running late, last time that happened, I don't really remember...

about 35 minutes, chandler to queen creek. I use queen creek rd to hawes, south to ocotillo into QC. It would be less time except once in QC, you have to slow to 25mph.

I walk about 1.5 blocks from my house to my work. My girlfriend walks in a different direction about 2 blocks to her work. I go months without filling my car up with gas, as long as I don't leave town

Also, I leave home at about 7:58 AM and make it to work on time.
