My husband and I are in our late 40's and retired for the most part. We currently live in So. California in the mountains and are considering a move to AZ for warmth and a different area to grow old in.
We were in Goodyear a couple of weeks ago and noticed affordable housing. Our price range is about $250K. So far Goodyear looks like a very new community. If anyone knows what direction this city may be going in. I would love some advice. We don't necessarily need to be near Phoenix. Mainly an area with conveniences and safety. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you! |
