Question avondale area
all right, so i was offered a teaching job for the pendergast school district, specifically canyon breeze elementary located in avondale. i haven't accepted yet though i am very tempted but....

what is avondale like, it is a good area?

anyone know about the pendergast school district? as far as the principal says, it is one of the higher performing schools in the district as to high test scores, etc. '

would love input from all the phoenix area locals, you guys have lots to say!!! thank!

I suggest doing a search of Avondale on the forums. You should be able to find some info that way.
