Hahaha. I'd like to see paris in tent city! That'd be an award winning reality show.

That said, I don't think arpaio should be commenting on things that aren't even taking place in his county - He's got no reason to, other than to promote himself as a media-*****.

I think he just gets re-elected on name recognition.
Everyone knows him because of the publicity he gets.

I agree though... He should shut his Ar-Pie-Hole!!!

HA! She just got sent back to jail, and instead of the reduced 25 day sentence the Judge put it back up to 45 days!

Priceless!

Never should have been in jail in the first place. So stupid. I'm no fan of hers, but there are millions of people just like her in Scottsdale who are just as dumb and just as spaced out.

Our society is so quick to throw people in jail. We have one of the largest prison populations in the world and certainly one of the highest percentage of population in jail. And yet our crime rate is higher than all other industrialized countries.

But why question the status quo...much easier to just revert to our hick/wild west "throw'em in jail" routine. Certainly sells in AZ where the rednecks seem to keep electing Arpaio. Embarrassing that I spent so much time there.

Irwin - Does the name OJ mean anything to you? I suppose it was okay to let a murderer go because there are too many people in jail? Hey, if you can't do the time then don't do the crime! Thank God that judge knew what he was doing. I for one am sick of celebrities getting a free ride. You might also want to look at statistics of murderers, rapists and pedophiles who get out of prison EARLY just because of overcrowding and go right back and commit more of the same crimes.

They should drug all the repeat offenders and then secretly drop them off somewhere in South America with nothing on but what they were wearing and see if they can make it back to US...this will take the load of the crowded prisons and also offset the illegal immigration a bit.

...don't hit me, it was just a silly idea!
