No, that road is in Apache Junction. Arizona Avenue is a major road (highway) in Chandler that goes all the way to Tucson. It is where downtown Chandler is located, and some of the older houses that surround downtown. Look on the map you provided, and a few miles east of the loop 101 freeway is Arizona Avenue. It is also labeled. Note, once again, I am just talking the downtown portion of that area, maybe a 1 mile radius around it, as it's a relatively small area. Fulton Ranch is one of the nicest communities in the Southeast valley, and it is also on Arizona Avenue, but it is several miles South of the not so nice parts.

OK...I finally saw it, it was going north/south and I was looking east/west......

what street is crossing it in downtown Chandler?

I actually went to a park in the Arizona Ave./Chandler Blvd. area. Though the park was nice, the area didn't remind me of the Chandler I'm familiar with at all.
