EMR to LP isn't bad - pending where in LP you are looking at probably 20-30 minutes

LP and Goodyear are fairly similar - but there are a variety of areas within each

the old part of litchfield park (within the walls) is unique in that there is a lot of established green areas, trees, a little main street area and some older homes that are in good condition ..... the newer parts of LP are hard to distinguish from the newer parts in goodyear

estrella and verrado (in far eastern buckeye) are both master planned communities - they are different from each other, but unique in their own way

buckeye proper is a ways out and IMO far less desireable than either goodyear or LP

Finger laker, thank you so much that really helped. I am glad to know about the area inside the walls at LP. I will try to find pictures and info. sounds lovely. I was hoping the commute times were in that time frame. thanks again.

it's a real easy commute out of estrella to litchfield park - but it take a little while to just get out of the mountain and then the rest is putzing through stop lights, etc

plenty of options and nice places to live in the SW valley though
