Only took about a year to find these guys. Considering they were driving around shooting people without a silencer, you would think the police would have caught them earlier. Sorry if I find their back-patting a little uncalled for.

These freaks lived in the apartment complex where one of my daughters friends used to live up until a few months ago. My sister used to live there too. My mother in-law lives 2 miles from there right now.


Not to worry though Mayor Phil says we are the 3rd safest large city .
