Want to install vinyl eaves under roof overhang

forgive me for not knowing all the terminology but I have a flat roofed home with large wooden overhangs (with lots of soffit vents) of which many of the soffit screens and eave wood needs replacing. I was wondering if vinyl vented soffits would be a something to look into but I don't know how to identify installers for this stuff that I can question and get quotes from. any ideas where i should start on this?
