Poncho, I suppose someone with a vertical ID has a better chance of not becoming horizontal.
Yep, they do not get served... Many places card everyone, even if you look 90.... The vertical Driver's License was started for underage people, people not old enough to buy liquor, but these people did not renew to get a horizontal ID... We have people trying to use expired ID's and expired passports to buy alcohol...
