perhaps we can have a sticky where if your going to an area let us all know..that way maybe a group can meet you who live local and spend some time shooting....

how cool would it be to go on vacation and be able to hook up with forum members from that area to shoot with.

Good idea. I know I'm headed to Chicago for a few leisure days next month. I usually go there for work, but this time I'm going to spend a little time for exploring & photography.

San Diego has an awesome Photography meetup, with over 1,600 members. If anyone is ever in this area, there is a good chance they will be meeting up to practice shooting. They have practice shoots daily, it seems! It's like having free photo classes any time you want them, since the organizers are all pros.

I'll be in NYC, Jackson Hole, Costa Rica, SF/Napa and Vegas in the next 2 months!

I think it would be really great to meet some local photogs from CD and go shooting. Myself and Col. Deering have been out twice now, and we may be meeting with Crowgirl to shoot at Busch Gardens in Tampa sometime soon. There are alot of super nice people and really excellent photogs here, I would love to meet some of you and hang out taking pictures in the West Central Florida area. Sticky is a great idea for this.
