Yeah, I meant to mention to check your monitor. They are usually shipped from the factory way too bright.

Yup, a Lotus 7...That is my other hobby, cars...But I stick with the older aircooled ones, because as a former light aircraft mechanic I know those engines pretty well. Here are my two favorites, and I built the engines in both...Mind you the engines are not exactly stock.

^Sweet rides. The HDR does look great with cars.

I caved and tried the program. I really don't care for HDR, but I had one shot from my recent trip to New Orleans a few weeks ago that I really wanted to see in HDR. I wasn't thrilled with the original, but I thought it had potential with better lighting and conditions. Unfortunately, due to locked gates (I shot this through the bars) and my limited time in the area, this was my only chance. In my opinion, it looks 100x better in the HDR shot.

Great cars!

Funny, I was a Volkswagon mechanic back in a prior lifetime. I could tear down one of those engines with my eyes closed. Still have some of my specialized VW tools that I can't seem to part with even though I haven't touched them in oh, 30 years or so.

Now a days I'm into Jeeps.

And yeah, I built this one up myself.
