Hello All,

I have a question about ND filters- if I am only going to buy one, which would be the best to have with me at all times- .3, .6, .9, or even greater? I want to be able to get nice long exposure sunset shots, waterfall shots, etc. I guess I am not needing to be able to get motion shots in bright, broad daylight, but do hope to be able to do that without having to wait until it's almost completely dark as I seem to have to now.
And are any brands going to be a lot better than others- without getting too expensive?
