Wow! After going through all 100+ pages, there are so may amazing photos here! It would be impossible to pick a favourite.

It's HOT and all the critters are either up north of hiding not much too shoot either.... Just my PITA Squirrel that gets into every thing..

Sharpie1234....that photo of the bear in the water is used in a lot of Alaska's tourism advertisements....did you take the photo???

i'll take that as a compliment.
to answer your question, yes, i did. (i can put up some 'not so perfect shots' of the same angle from the bear if you'd like and if you insist)

Thank you, this was the last shot of a series of about 7. It started with the two seeing each other and then the young one (on the left) started walking toward the old guy. The old one just threw the other one aside and just kept standing there. The young one turned and left. If you want to see the whole lot, go to:

Nice shot. How'd you get that close? They're usually way skittish, at least they are here in the southwest. Great exposure and detail on the body. Their faces always seem to be shadowed, it's the strangest thing.

Here's a Yellowstone antelope. They're very used to people, so you can get pretty close without making them too nervous. One of the few antelope shots I've been able to get good facial detail on.
