I always got a couple of rabbits in my yard eating my cactus so one day I saw one and gave it some lettuce.

Desert sun....I don't know about feeding those bunnys....The multiply like...Well, wabbits. They are not native here, but somebody let some Cottontails loose years ago, and now they are everywhere!
