My neighborhood: University City, Philadelphia
Most of the homes in my neighborhood, University City, were built between 1850 and 1905 when this was considered a "Street-Car Suburb" of Philadelphia. It is home to the Ivy-League University of Pennsylvania, Drexel University, USP - University of the Sciences Philadelphia (the oldest pharmacy college in the US) and the Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College.
Flemish Revival Victorian "Twins" on Pine Street.
1880s Queen Anne Victorians on Spruce Street
Early 1900's Edwardian Neo-Classical homes on 46th Street.
Early 1880's Netherlandish or Flemish Revival Victorians on 42nd Street.
