Talking Guess What It Is - part 2

Yes,, the flag helped, and I remembered China was having an Olympic Games. Thanks for the link ~ very interesting.

Now this one is going to be much easier for everyone. I’ve not made it smaller, nor did I deliberately blur it to make it harder. What you see is what you get. And I’ll save everyone their first wasted guess of a Ferris wheel, it isn’t.

Sorry gal, it’s not a halogen light.
I do see however a little blurred area, but that’s just because it’s a poor picture to begin with. Love the pic of the cat, how do they get those shots taken?

Is it a light in the hospital ER room? It looks like the ER lights in an exam room ...is it even a light? ...or should I get off that track?
