A lot smaller than a sun dial. It does measure something though.

My hubby says he thinks it's a spark plug gauge. Oh, and he said it's made by "Snap-On".

And wrong or right it's time for me to get to work. We work from home on our computers and I sure haven't been doing any work!! Will check back later to find out what this is. I think my husband said that so I would get on with trying to make a living!!
