Ok no one figured it out with that picture so I'll give you another part of the total. Just to help you a little this is something that would be used outside.




And because I want to help you so much I included the first picture as well as the second one. Oh,,,, don't forget that these are used outside for the most part.

Looks like some kind of filter at the bottom of the one picture...hmmm...a water pump? It's some kind of a "man" thingy, huh?
