Is this your idea of some sort of sick joke??? I have no idea what the heck it is. All I know is that my wind chimes are missing and it looks like they could be a part of the little "whats-it?" you keep posting!

What did the windchimes do--blow away--or did someone steal them?? Hmmmm--maybe they are in the photo???? Okay, we really do need to know!!

Well they said it was a bug-light ~ however I would think of it as more of a spot-light and thus I have to say we have a winner. Spot-Light could should be the correct answer.
