That rose was taken from a floral spray.
My sister passed away on june 9th, when we held a memorial and the funeral parlor closed, all those among the attendees were invited
to take a few memento flowers home. I chose this rose because it was so beautiful. When we got home, I put it in a vase, and under
ambient incandescent lighting, took this photograph with my Nikon D5000, macro (closeup) mode. I love to take pictures of flowers,
and this one really stands out among all of the others, it is the last flower that my sister Renee got, too tragic that she never got to see it.
