Horseshoe Harbor. This is located in the tip of the Keweenaw Peninsula in Michigan, about the furthest you can go North in the eastern U.S. This whole area was built by some of the oldest Volcanic activity in the world. It also had some of the highest mountains in the U.S. before glaciers tore them away.
