That was quick, it is a filler pipe on a wooden water tank for a steam train at the Henry Cowell state park in the mountains above Santa Cruz California. It is called the Roaring Camp .

my father was a bluegrass musician,banjo,guitar,mandolin,guitar,anything with strings.
