How do I reset my older Canon Rebel XT to factory default settings? Can't find how to reset in any of the menu options.

Thank you. Looked at the user guide but my camera doesn't have the whole list of options in the Tools menu--it lists language, video system, and ends with "communication" and nothing else! Maybe my camera cannot be reset to factory defauts?
