NORTH CAROLINA
Those bird pics are great!!!
Love the blue jay, and is the first one mockingbirds?
I am *trying* to get the same pic as you, I managed one of a Great Blue Heron, but not a Great White Egret (or is yours a Great White Heron?)

I have WAY too many animal pics to choose from, but here are a few...

My cat Cyrus as a kitten... he's a Blue Persian, and is 6 yrs. old now.

Kona, my 9 yr. old Siamese mix, saying "hello!"

My dog Rudy, a 1 yr. old mutt... this was his first trip to the beach (Pacifica in August), and he was soooo excited!

I have lots more, but will try to hold back on posting too many!

That Blue persian is beautiful!

And LOL at the Christmas tree picture! Did she get down without destroying it?
Yes she is quite a handfull, she knocked the ornaments off and luckily it was a fake tree so all I had to do was adjust the limbs everyday!! Voodoo is my smoke persian and he is a snob!!! I am sorry Gizmo died, it is hard to lose a pet.

Good thing it was a fake! I was having visions of the scene from National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation...

And aren't all Persians snobs? LOL. Gizmo was a mixed breed, but could pass for a Persian. She was my baby, and I was devastated when she died... hit by a car at age 7. And then 2 years later my 3 year old white Persian, Duchess, was killed in the same way. I hate letting Cyrus go outside now, but he's just miserable otherwise. Luckily he's a wuss, and hopefully avoids crossing the roads... my other cat's too skittish & too lazy to bother going outside, which I'm thankful for!
