PhotogGal, that's a beautiful cat! More than that, it's a beautiful photo - no distractions in the background. The solid black makes the subject stand out so nicely!
Thank you, southward bound. I may be prejudiced, but I have a friend who's highly allergic, and even she loves him. His name is Cupid, because of a heart-shaped spot on his side and marking on the top of his head, but it also fits his sweet disposition. But then you know how they say that pets tend to resemble their owners.
One less feather on one of the feathered members of the family. This is a reject of the texture contest pictures I have taken. I am entering the texture contest a bit more seriously this time (I have taken eleven keepers so far... now to figure out which one to enter!). I oh so want to name the theme for one. One of these days, perhaps I will get lucky!!
