An organization I was associated with just finished a 3 day event where everybody and anybody was taking pictures using cameras, smartphones, and other video devices.

How do you coordinate so that all these photos get uploaded to the organizations social media pages? I heard this is done by specifying a tag however as I'm new to the social media game it could help getting some clarity.

Basically, the functionality that we need is for the various people that took the pictures to post them on social media (e.g. facebook, twitter, Instagram). When people then reach the organizations social media page they would see all those pics uploaded by the hundreds of people.

I would recommend "flckr. There is a free version, which I am not familiar with. I have a paid version with over 40,000 pictures on it. There are other options depending on you actual requirements...

Here is my flickr site: https://www.flickr.com/photos/poncho_nm/

There is a limit on video length on flickr. I would recommend YouTube...
