I was fortunate enough to be able to get in the door for a tour of the HGTV Green Home 2012 in Serenbe, GA (South of Atlanta) a little over a week ago. Took the big gun camera but was also able to snap off a few shots with the iPhone 4s as well. Was pretty impressed with the iPhone shots (after a few very quick, non-perfect bright/contrast/levels tweaks in Photoshop).

Below is a side shot of the Green Home, as well as a shot of the guest room in the home, the Kitchen, and just down the same street as the Green Home, a couple of other homes (Victorian and more traditional Country Style home). You need $$$ to live in this community, by the way, though it was extremely nice and "Mayberry with money" in feel. In the boonies, though.

I'll warn anyone in the area here who is going to see this home to buy your tickets in advance via the HGTV web site, too - I was VERY lucky in that I went on a Sunday the moment tours opened, and I got in on the third tour. Most people waited many hours who came up shortly after me, and I've been told those who buy advanced tickets are usually getting times in the mid-afternoon the next day now.
