It is an image that is mirrored, then I used the geometric circle feature in print shop.
Xmas ornaments?

I'm sitting here puzzling over the first picture...The person at the foot of the falls looks like he is two feet tall..Was he added?

The area is quite vast, I was standing on a ledge of land about 8 feet up, and about 15 feet away from the falls. I cropped the original picture, it was only at that point that I saw for the first time that a fisherman down there. Cool that you saw him too.
