This is true - however, some people voted for more than one photo. If you narrow it down to the top five favorite, then people will only vote for one. I think it can make a difference, but I'm not a mathematician.

Yes, it's allowed in the first round. If you look at the poll results, you'll see that 46 voters cast 79 votes.

The second round is one vote per person.

Apparently Katie, you have make your multiple choices the first time around, but when I tried that, it would not let me.....not sure what's up with that...might be on my end how I have my stuff set up...

When you first vote, you have the option to select more than one. However, once you cast your vote, you can't go back and choose more.
