Ok, for some reason, it's seem more confusing then it actually is. I'm not quiet sure why?
I thought i clearly stated what i was trying to do, it apparent that my idea is misunderstood.
If you really like the last year's assignments with themes, then i can stop with my current idea and go back to what is was before.
If someone wishes to take up on running this, you're welcome to do so, if there are no volunteers, then i'll try my best to get back on track and continue the old routine.
ShepsMom maybe you idea was just to big. Perhaps you should just pick one day, say July 4th, 2009. The only requirement would be the photo must be taken on the selected day.
Then if everyone who visits this site would participate it should be very interesting.
I like the new idea Shepsmom. Everyone would just submit the best photo they took that week (whatever it may be) and then the top one of the week would win. Lots more opportunities for different people to win.

Just something different. Your July 4th idea is not what i had in mind, and i think that "holiday" theme idea has been implemented already. We've done Christmas, and Thanksgiving and Fireworks, you name it.
Appears that weekly assignment would be the best thing, and keep it as simple as possible.

Looking around the forum, there's an endless amount of space to (possibly) have it all. Many great people, have many great opinions. Who says it has to be one or the other? For those who'd like to do the assignments, they can. For those want a once a week, they can have that too.
