For the first few shots I was underexposing by about one stop, then later I adjusted to underexpose less, I think maybe a third of a stop. In the later shots the vignetting isn't really noticeable. However, for those shots the subject was completely different (flowers with a busy background), and a later shot of the same boat was taken from a different angle, facing the sun. I'll have to check and see what the focal length was for the later shots. I'm thinking for those I probably had the lens zoomed in more.
That shot was taken at 163mm, but f/5.6 (I'm assuming, that is the wide open aperture at that focal length for the lens). Since the shutter speed was pretty fast for the conditions (1/2500s), you could try the same/similar shot with f/8 or f/11. It is likely to reduce the vignette.
A pair of robins built a well-camouflaged nest in a tree just outside the door to my office building.
Really hard to get a good shot, but I managed this little peek at mama on her eggs.
