this is the photo that hooked me on fast action. At speeds of nearly 200 mph the canon 10d actually got a few good ones. This photo sold a lot of copies and was purchased for use by a manufacturer of a product used by the pilots. A month or so later the 1d mark ii retired the 10d for this kind of work.
One of my all time favorite people photographs. Her expression is just like the girl next door you grew up with. I got a lot of triangles formed in the image like we were taught in college. That just happened. We were shooting hard and fast that day and took 300+ photos in a short period so the lady could go to work.
Location: Central Bay Area, CA as of Jan 2010...but still a proud Texan from Houston!
