This is supposed to be the site where the First War of India's Independence against the East India Company started in 1857. Unsure if the tomb in the background happens to be of the person in foreground.
I believe these two are Pan and Aphrodite, they flank the entrance to the old National Dollar Store in Pittsburg, California where I grew up. I worked at the store after school when I was in High School.
Not sure this qualifies as a statue or if it would just be considered a lawn ornament
