Thanks madcap. We've it just as flat and dry around here in North Texas. I just happen to have this for a refuge in my neighborhood (Dallas Arboretum).

In Murjāņi, Latvia. This is a small tributary to the Gauja river. One of the most scenic regions of Latvia. This is the river Loja, and this is located on what once was my great grandparents' property before the Soviets "nationalized" it and all private property.

EG, I love that waterfall photo above. The little ferns and other plants do help it seem like a refuge. It's a really nice nature scene that I find very relaxing to look at. Great job!
