A native of France who attended the Lenôtre pastry school in Paris who moved to Pittsburgh with his wife four years ago, Moreau said that despite the city’s other quality food offerings it lacked something he missed from home.
“There wasn’t a typical French bakery,” he said. “And I was missing it.”

Off the subject, but speaking of Lawrenceville Bakeries, have you tried the French Toast at Dozen's Sunday Brunch? Mmmmmm.
