Smile relocating to Washington Cty / Burgettstown...?

Hi there!

New to the forum...I am currently a transplanted Ohio resident looking to move BACK to PA...this time, I'm looking to relocate to Washington Cty/Burgettstown....

I am hoping to rent...preferably a 3 BR apartment/house...will settle for 2 bedroom...would like to stay within a $400 - $500/month range.

Any suggestions on where to start looking?

Are there any rental companies in that area? What is the local paper in Burgettstown? Areas to stay away from?

Thank you!
~Ohio Chickie~

Go to Craigs List to find rentals. I know of a rental in Lawrence,Pa 15055. Not all that close to Burgettstown, but certainly close to Washington, Pa. Close to 79 and rt 19. You will have your own yard. Nice quiet neighborhood, with alot of new construction close by. 30 min south of Pgh.

Default Places to Avoid

Yeah avoid moving to burgettstown.

Post Offices robbed. Cops do nothing if a teenager throws a rock at your car or through a house window.

Teenagers like to vandolize here.

Move somewhere else - ANYWHERE else - in washington county.....if you must.

Or consider Beaver County.

Better places in Washington County to move - Washington PA - near I -79 and I -70 - quick to Pittsburgh or Ohio.

Cecil is not bad - McDonald is close to Allgheny County and a nice quiet place. Also reasonable on rent.
