I believe that if your goal is a faster positive cash flow, McCandless is the best of your three options.

There are parts of McCandless that can be congested at certain times of the day and especially at certain times of the year (McKnight Road and Wexford Flats). Overall, though, you are generally 15 minutes from most of the community positives of the town, and only about 25 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh. North Park golf course is very popular and reasonably priced (cheap) for seniors, or North Park Lake is very popular for the seniors looking for a close place to fish. There is also a small park that is available at no cost for family reunions/picnics, if you are a resident. If you question the rentability of your rental unit in McCandless, please check Craigslist.... rentals go very quickly for nicer units with 3 or more bedrooms
