We would be remiss not to mention Cambodican Kitchen. This guy used to have a late night truck called Cat on a Stick. He frankly put out some amazing food from that truck for those of old enough to remember those earlier years of South Side's late night scene. He has had his own place for several years. The won tons with moon sauce are a must, as are his spring rolls with moon sauce. He has excellent crispy noodles too. The owner, Dan, is a top notch person. He is American, but his wife is Cambodian. He quit his roofing job and now has a very successful business.

Cambodican Cookery is now Cambodican Kitchen
Does this place not have a sign or something? I've passed where it should be (according to google maps) on Carson a zillion times and I've never seen it.

It does not have an easy-to-see sign. It is right across from Nakama on the corner. Look where the chocolate store is and walk towards Nakama.
