In addition to some mentioned already, Sushi Tomo on McKnight Road is pretty good as well. I haven't been there in a couple years, but we used to go pretty regularly (when we lived close by and didn't have kids).

It's called Andy's Sushi and yes this is the best Sushi in Pittsburgh. To top it off Andy is a great guy who will joke around with you and give you a free sample of whatever special roll he is making for the day.
