Commute Question - Coraopolis to Homestead
I recently was offered a job in Pittsburgh and picked a place to live based on a commute to south of Pittsburgh entirely. However, since receiving the initial offer I also received a second offer and accepting this second position means commuting from Coraopolis to Homestead. Considering Google maps suggests this commute would promise me the joys of crossing the river twice I imagine its a hellish commute. Could anyone attest to whether this is accurate or estimate what they think the commute might be like - Job is 9-6pm.

Well, I live in McKees Rocks and I commute to Lincoln-Lemington. It takes me about half an hour. I think the commute from Coraopolis to Homestead is do-able, however it's not going to be a painless commute! I think it would probably be best to take 51 down to Carson and go to Homestead that way? I would suggest making a practice commute at the time of day your shift would start, and seeing how long it takes you.
