Hello everyone,

I was looking for some suggestions for apartment complexes in the Pittsburgh area. I currently work in Wexford/Cranberry and my wife works downtown. We are looking anywhere in between. I was thinking McKnight Rd. would be a good compromise. Does anyone have any advice or know of any apartments?

We are expecting our first child in March, so we are looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom, safe and friendly neighborhood and our price range is $600-$1,000/month. I appreciate any feedback. Thank you.

North Hills sounds perfect for you. McKnight Road is the main artery through it. Anywhere in Ross is just fine. As far as complexes go, you can get anything from dumpy to really nice (and much more expensive). There are web sites where people give reviews on landlords and complexes so I advise that you check them out.

Check out Apartments for Rent & Homes for Rent - Rent.com® Apartment Finder. You can also look up individual complexes on yahoo and sometimes reviews pop up in the yahoo telephone number white pages thingee.
