This is such a good news to me!!! Any idea when this is happening? Wow!! I could walk to TJ no matter where they decide to build it (aka next to the bowling place or next to the newly built Ethan Allan store (on the same side with P1 and Chick a fill). This would actually add value to my house when I sell it. Great info. Thanks.

As for the crime worsening by the second stuff and declining income (?!), this person certainly got the wrong neighborhood. This is a very safe neighborhood.

Partially correct. USC isn't Mt. Lebo.

Well, the rumor was for that location, so it was correct. Even lifers don't always know the town boundaries.

Another Trader Joe's that's a horrible stop and go drive for me. Can't they build one next to a parkway?

Neither do journalists. According to Allegheny County, 1600 Washington Road is Mt. Lebanon. So either the taxing authority has it wrong, or the article's author isn't really into details.

Half the Trader Joe's gig in my book is the selling of wine which of course is a no no in the keystone state. 'Hey Gov, hurry up and lets open this liquor stranglehold'

Yeah when I wrote that I figured either one (rumor source or the article) could have been wrong about which town the spot was in. I certainly didn't know for sure.
