Whoop-de-doo. A whole dusting. Sorry! I'm just irked because I'm such a snow lover.

Can't really help you there--Pittsburgh winters are just a bit too warm, and we are outside the lake-effect zone.

Having made my piece with this aspect of Pittsburgh's climate, I have learned to embrace ANY sight of white stuff, pathetic as it may be by the standards of places with real snow.

Just a dusting so far, but the roads are icing up quite a bit out there. Me and several of my coworkers noticed slick road conditions on the way in. All the rain over New Years washed away any traces of salt, so the roads are completely untreated right now as the snow falls.

So I've noticed. I love along Brereton Street, and the roadway is just now getting covered.

Have the weather monkeys actually settled on how much snow we're supposed to get tomorrow? I'm trying to figure out if I should take the bus in order to avoid a messy afternoon commute, or if that would be paranoid.

WTAE has an hour-by-hour slide snow of the snow predictions for tomorrow through Wednesday, and as of now at least, they are only calling for an inch of accumulation by 7:00 p.m. tomorrow in the city.
