Lobos Management Co.
I will be relocating to the South Hills of Pittsburgh in the next couple weeks. Lobos Management Co. seems to own/manage a lot of apartments in the area. One of their complexes (Sandy Creek in Bethel Park) has received very bad ratings and that has made me very hesitant to rent from them. Has anybody else rented from them and what did you think of their customer service? Thank you in advance.

I haven't actually rented from them, but I've heard nothing but horror stories about that company in the years I've lived here.

Definitely do not rent from Lobos. Do a google search on "Lobos Management" and you will find nothing but absolutely horrible reviews. Also, you can tell a company is really bad and has a terrible reputation when they do not include their name on craigslist advertisements for their properties -- they do this.

Thank you very much for the replies. I raised a red flag when the leasing agents told me that were going doing tours on Friday or Sunday. Any respectable apartment company does showings 7 days a week. I have moved onto apartments in Castle Shannon and Pleasant Hills. I will be in the area tomorrow. Thanks for the help.
