I don't know any place that speaks a foreign language only. If you're into Mexican you can go to Ray Azteca's in Penn Hills for a sit down meal and the staff speaks both English and Spanish. Excellent reasonably priced Mexican food IMO.

I don't think you're going to find anything like that out here, maybe in bigger cities like Philly, DC or New York City though.

Since I don't have the financial means (or time) to take leisurely trips out of the country at my whim, I figured I'd come to a forum full of PITTSBURGHERS and ask if any of them know of a place like this in PITTSBURGH. Thanks for the suggestion.

I always liked Mallorca and it is a nice place but may not be as "exotic" as you want. It is spanish continental cuisine and most of the servers speak spanish and the service is excellent.

Mallorca - The Best Spanish Pittsburgh Restaurant, Pittsburgh, PA Restaurants

Just ignore the tards that have to throw their .02 in without answering your question.

Well my best advice would be to go to Golden Palace on Steubenville Pike on the weekends for their dim sum carts. You literally point and say "I want that" and all the waitresses speak Chinese to one another. Bonus points for the sheet they use, which is all in Chinese. That's the best you're going to get around here.
